The big weekend Explore Raleigh has been planning for and anticipating is finally here!! Tube the Neuse V is happening this Saturday. We currently have over 800 RSVP’s and thousands more still deciding. The weather looks GREAT and appears to be in the low to mid 80’s with some clouds. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend for this tubing trip to happen. Below you’ll see a couple more events we recommend as well as how to join Explore Raleigh and how to make recommendations for next weekend!
The Main Event:
Tube the Neuse V
This may be the biggest event we’ve ever done and we’re very happy to see so many people excited to get outside meet new people and have a great time drifting down the Neuse River. As mentioned above the weather looks GREAT and we couldn’t ask for anything more. So prepare for a lot of fun with a lot of people!

Wake County Speedway
Wake County Speed way is hosting scout night where all boys & girl scouts in uniform get in free. There will be a bunch of cars, a bunch of laps, some loud noises and CARNAGE!! Just kidding, probably not carnage… but maybe??

Durham Food Truck Rodeo
We don’t usually recommend events in Durham, but their Food Truck Rodeo is actually fun and a good experience for the entire family!
A Durham Central Park Food Truck Rodeo is an all-ages Sunday afternoon gathering of dozens of the Triangle’s most popular food trucks, five times each year. The event is free to attend.
